Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and gift box to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
